Just take it one meal at a time, one work out at a time, one day at a time. Cut down on the junk food. Want to binge? Just go out and run or dance to your favorite song. You’ll feel proud that food doesn’t control you. You’ll get there. Don’t watch it happen though. Go out and do something about it. Weight loss doesn’t come to those who just sit there. Weight loss comes to those who work for it. Everyone who has a before and after photo had to start somewhere. You’ve got one life. Make it worth it.
